Students who have successfully completed a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Lakeland University should be able to:

1、Explain the major concepts in the functional areas of accounting, economics, marketing, finance, management, leadership, and management information systems.
2、Construct and present effective oral and written forms of professional communication.
3、Identify the key legal and ethical issues related to hospitality operations.
4、Demonstrate responsible and effective workplace behavior skills and traits in a professional business environment.
5、Evaluate a variety of outcomes to problems in the hospitality operation.
6、Apply accounting and costing skills to an operation with an end result of profitability.
